Hotel groups on Growth and Pro
Multi-Property Hotel PMS for Small Hotel Groups
Multi-property in O.S.S means one owner account that can hold more than one hotel, then switch which property is active. Each hotel keeps its own rooms, staff and calendar. This is not an enterprise chain control tower, a central revenue-management system, or a shared inventory ledger across every property.
What multi-property actually does
- Growth: up to three properties
- Pro: high property limit for larger groups
- Owner switches the active hotel
- Rooms and staff stay per property
- Owner occupancy and revenue overview
How an owner works across hotels
Plan must allow it
Trial, Basic and Starter stay on a single property. Growth supports up to three properties. Pro supports a much higher property limit. Adding a hotel past the plan cap is blocked until you upgrade.
Switch the active property
From the owner dashboard, select which hotel you are configuring or reviewing. Daily calendars, rooms and staff lists follow that property context.
Operate each hotel locally
Reception, housekeeping and bookings run on the selected property’s rooms and staff. Cross-property automatic operations—shared housekeeping queues or one inventory across hotels—are not claimed.
Review from the owner seat
Owners can see occupancy and revenue context across properties they operate, without logging into a separate product per hotel. This is owner-dashboard visibility, not a chain RMS or centralized finance package.
Who this page is for
Owner
The person who adds properties, switches context and reads operational reports. This is the multi-property user.
Property staff
Reception, housekeeping and other hotel roles work the property they are assigned to. They do not get an enterprise chain console.
Who it is for
Boutique groups and small portfolios
Operators who need a few hotels on one login, with per-hotel rooms and staff.
Not a large chain platform
O.S.S does not claim enterprise chain tools, central rate loading across all hotels, or automatic cross-property operations.
Add hotels on a Growth or Pro plan
Create a hotel account, then upgrade when you need more than one property. The trial does not require a credit card. Daily desk and housekeeping tools still run per hotel inside the PMS.
Property switching, not a chain operating system
Multi-property is an owner-account capability: more than one hotel, an active-property switch, and per-hotel rooms and staff. It is not a second copy of the hotel PMS feature list.
- Hotel PMS Software for Connected Daily Operations
- Owner switches active property context
- Hotel Owner Dashboard
Isolation that is actually in the product
Each property has its own room inventory and calendar. Staff accounts and daily hotel dashboards follow property assignment. Owners still see a portfolio overview of occupancy and revenue; that is not centralized inventory or a shared finance ledger across hotels.
- Per-property rooms and calendars
- Hotel Staff Management Software with Role-Based Access
- Hotel Reporting Software for Owners and Managers
Front desk still runs per hotel
Check-in, housekeeping and folios remain property-scoped. Switching hotels changes which rooms and stays the owner is looking at; it does not merge operations into one queue.
- Hotel Front Desk Software for the Reception Shift
- Plan limits apply when adding hotels
- No enterprise chain RMS claimed
