O.S.S Smart Hotel System

Hotel Online Booking Engine

Direct bookings reduce OTA commission dependency. O.S.S offers a public booking flow where hotels share a property-specific URL (/book/slug) for guest self-service reservations—connected to availability and PMS records. This complements OTAs; it does not replace them or claim official Booking.com integration.

Frequently asked questions

How long does setup take?

Most hotels can create an account, add rooms and start managing daily operations in minutes. O.S.S offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

Is O.S.S a cloud-based system?

Yes. O.S.S runs in the web browser on desktop, tablet and phone — no local server installation required.

Is this an official Booking.com integration?

No. The public booking engine is O.S.S direct booking for your property URL. OTA connectivity uses separate channel workflows such as Channex where enabled.

How do guests find the booking page?

Hotels share their /book/property-slug link on websites, social media and email. O.S.S does not automatically list your hotel on third-party marketplaces through this feature alone.

Can guests pay online during booking?

Payment options depend on property and platform configuration. Some deployments disable online payments through OSS merchant—check your property setup.
