Configure table numbers and share the corresponding guest QR link at each table. The guest ordering page carries the table context into the submitted ticket so staff can identify where it belongs.
Give the floor team a clear handoff
Waiters review incoming QR orders and confirm them before kitchen preparation. When a ticket is ready, the floor team delivers it and updates the order status. Table assignments help organize staff responsibility.
Finish service at the cashier
Cashier staff record cash or card settlement after service. Ordering from a table QR code does not mean the guest pays on the phone. Check the order status and payment record before closing the service workflow.
Run a two-table trial
Place different sample orders from two phones, then confirm, prepare, deliver and settle each one. Check that staff can distinguish the tables, that menu availability updates appear to guests and that each role has the access it needs.
